摘要：目的：观察甘草酸二铵联合复方氟米松治疗角化性湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法：55例角化性湿疹患者随机分为两组。实验组给予甘草酸二铵联合复方氟米松治疗，对照组给予阿维A治疗。比较两组治疗4周后的疗效及不良反应。结果：实验组总有效率为87%，不良反应少，优于对照组。结论：甘草酸二铵联合复方氟米松治疗角化性湿疹的疗效显著、安全。

Abstract:Objective:Aim To observe the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizn combined with Compound Flumetasone on Keratin Eczemaosis.Methods:There 55 Keratin Eczemaosis patients were randomly divided into two groups，The experimental group was given diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric capsules combined with Compound Flumetasone irradiation treatment，The control group was given by A treatment，Compared with two group of treatment efficacy and adverse reaction. Results:The total efficacy rate in treatment group 87%,Fewer adverse reactions，higher than of control group.Conclusions：The effect of compound glycyrrhizn with Compound Flumetasone is greatly efficacy for treatment of Keratin Eczemaosis.
