结肠癌术前利用肛管灌肠和利用气囊导尿管灌肠的比较

摘要：目的：对比结肠癌术前利用肛管灌肠和气囊导尿管灌肠的临床效果。方法：选取我院收取的结肠癌术前需清洁灌肠的患者80例，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各40例，对照组采用传统清洁灌肠法，研究组采用气囊导尿管清洁灌肠，对比分析两组的灌肠效果。结果：研究组灌肠2-3次即可达到灌肠目的的病例明显多于对照组，研究组灌肠疗效明显优于对照组，两组对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：相比于肛管灌肠，气囊导尿管清洁灌肠可有效避免灌肠液外流，尤其可对肛门括约肌松弛等不能自主控制肠道排泄的患者进行灌肠，从而改善清洁灌肠达到预期的灌肠目的。

Abstract:Objective: to compare colon cancer preoperative tubing enema and balloon catheter enema clinical effect. Methods: select our colon cancer patients 80 cases of preoperative need cleansing enema, it will be divided into research group and control group, each group of each 40 cases,the control group use traditional clean enema method, the research group use balloon catheter clean enema, to compare and analyze the two groups enema effect. Results: the research group enema 2-3 times can achieve the purpose of clyster cases significantly more than the control group, the research group enema had better effects than control group, two groups of comparative difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: compared to anal canal enema, balloon catheter clean enema can efficiently avoid using irrigation outflows, especially of the anus sphincter relaxation, unable to independent control intestinal excretion of patients with enema, so as to improve clean enema to achieve the expected enema purpose.
