摘要：目的：探讨手术治疗老年患者胆囊炎胆石症的临床效果。方法:选择我院2007年2月至2012年2月收治的胆囊炎胆结石老年患者120例，随机分为两组，对照组60例给予抗生素保守治疗，观察组60例采取手术治疗，对两组临床结果进行回顾性比较分析。结果：观察组显效为43例占71.7%，有效为14例占23.3%，无效为3例占5%，总有效率为95%；对照组显效为14例占23.3%，有效为12例占20%，无效为34例占56.7%，总有效率为43.3%。结论：外科治疗老年胆囊炎胆石症的临床效果显著，并发症少，复发小，安全可靠，值得在临床上合理推广应用。

    Abstract:Objective:To explore the operation treatment for elderly patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis clinical effect. Methods:in our hospital from 2007February to 2012February were cholecystitis and cholelithiasis in elderly patients120 cases, divided into two groups randomly,60 cases in the control group were given antibiotic conservative treatment,60 cases in observation group were treated by operation, two groups of clinical results of a retrospective comparison analysis. Results:the observation group was 43 cases 71.7%, effective14cases 23.3%, invalid for 3cases 5%, the total efficiency of 95%; control group was14 cases accounted for 23.3%, effective for 12cases 20%, invalid for 34cases 56.7%, the total efficiency of 43.3%. Conclusion:surgical treatment of senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis clinical effect, less complications, recurrence of small, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical reasonable application. ......
