雾化吸入在社区慢性支气管炎急发患者治疗中的临床疗效分析

摘要：目的：研究雾化吸入治疗社区慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者的临床疗效。方法：将我院100例慢性支气管炎急发患者分为实验组和对照组，在一般治疗基础上分别给予特布他林布地奈德联合用药雾化吸入和庆大霉素，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：实验组的总有效率为98%，明显高于对照组的80%，两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：雾化吸入治疗对社区慢性支气管炎急发患者有良好的临床疗效。

Abstract：Objective:to study the atomization inhalation in the treatment of chronic bronchitis community in the curative effect. Methods:100 cases of chronic bronchitis in the experimental group and control group patients into hair, were given tebutalin and budesonide combination atomization inhalation and gentamycin, observe the treatment effect of the two groups. Results:the total effective rate was 98%, much higher than the control group 80%, significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:atomization inhalation in the treatment of chronic bronchitis hurry to the community with good hair treatment effect.
