摘要：目的：观察托吡酯联合多潘立酮片治疗抽动秽语综合征的疗效、用药方法、剂量及不良反应。 方法：采用开放性实验，对40例抽动秽语综合症患者进行托吡酯治疗,从0.5mg/kg/d开始，每周递增0.5mg/kg/d，最大剂量2mg/kg/d，多潘立酮10mg 2次/日，观察其疗效及副作用。 结果：托吡酯联合多潘立酮治疗抽动秽语综合征，总有效率92.5%，其中26例(65%)发作停止，11例有效，占27.5%，平均剂量为68.5±16.7mg/d,除少数患者出现无汗、少汗和瞌睡、皮疹外，未见严重不良反应。结论：托吡酯联合多潘立酮治疗抽动秽语综合征有良好疗效，不良反应较轻。

    Abstrac：Objective：To observe the effects, the preparation Combined with domperidone method, the dosage and adverse effects of topiramate in the treatment of tourette syndrome. Methods：Using open experiments, in 40 patients with tourette syndrome, topiramate were used from 0.5 mg/kg/d began, then increasing 0.5 mg/kg/d every week, the biggest dose is 2 mg/kg/d.
