腹腔镜TME、经括约肌间途径结合新辅助化疗治疗低位直肠癌(2)
从本组病例研究我们认为：对肿瘤下缘距肛缘3～5cm的超低位直肠癌病人，在选择病例基础上全部切除内括约肌和部分肛管黏膜，能达到根治目的并保留较满意的肛门功能。是一个安全、可行的手术方法。
