【摘 要】目的：了解认知干预对鼻窦炎围手术期患者心理健康及护理满意度的影响。方法：随机将52例鼻窦炎患者分2组，常规组(n=26)接受常规护理，认知干预组(n=26)接受认知干预，对两组的护理效果进行评估与比较。结果认知干预组的心理健康指标和护理满意度优于常规组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将认知干预理念引入鼻窦炎患者的护理中，能够有效改善心理健康，提高护理满意度。
