【摘 要】目的：分析加速康复外科护理的实施，对老年股骨颈骨折患者术后恢复、认知功能的影响。方法：我院2018年1月～2019年1月期间收治了58例老年股骨颈骨折患者，按患者入院尾号奇偶数，分为A组(入院尾号奇数)及B组(入院尾号偶数)，每组各(n=29)。A组实施加速康复外科护理，B组实施常规护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：A组与B组比较并发症发生率、住院时间、简易智力状态检查量表MMSE评分比较，P<0.05。结论：老年股骨颈骨折患者护理中，实施加速康复外科护理措施，可减少患者住院时间、并发症发生率，改善患者的认知功能。
