【摘 要】亚健康的主要症状包括记忆减退、注意力难以集中、反应缓慢、缺乏自信、严重的负面情绪等等。在人们生活质量不断提高的背景下，亚健康人数不断增加，这给人们的生活带来了许多负面影响。在此基础上，本文主要从医疗检查服务方面一起讨论了管理健康人群健康的模型。为亚洲医务人员提供医疗保健管理指南。
