【摘 要】目的：分析白血病化疗后血小板减少症的临床观察与护理干预要点。方法：给予所有患者进行各项常规检查工作，所有患者均采用常规化疗方案，患者在化疗过后注射重组血小板生成素治疗，给予所有患者在化疗治疗基础上进行综合护理。结果与结论：采用化疗和重组血小板生成素治疗加上综合护理干预的患者的临床效果显著，患者的血小板水平得到了有效的改善，在临床上值得大力推广。【关键词】白血病化疗;血小板减少症;临床观察;护理干预
