【摘 要】目的：探究老年帕金森病患者应用心理护理对焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法：此次研究对象均来自本院2017年12月至2019年3月之间收治的62例老年帕金森病患者，将其平均分成开31例开展基础护理的对照组和31例开展心理护理的实验组，分析两种护理方案成效。结果：实验组和对照组的HAMD和HAMA评分干预后相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年帕金森病患者应用心理护理，能够明显改善患者多种抑郁、焦虑情绪。

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effects of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods：The subjects were enrolled in 62 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease who were admitted between December 2017 and March 2019. They were divided into 31 patients who underwent basic care and 31 who underwent psychological care. The experimental group analyzed the effectiveness of the two nursing programs.
