眶肌筋膜提紧联合轮匝肌悬吊眼袋的整形效果(1)
【摘 要】目的：对眶肌筋膜提紧+轮匝肌悬吊眼袋整形的效果展开评价。方法：收集我院收治的74例(2017年4月30日-2017年10月30日)眼袋整形术患者资料进行分析，取随机数字法划分为两组，分别是实验组与参照组，各有37例。参照组采取轮匝肌悬吊术，实验组采取眶肌筋膜提紧术+轮匝肌悬吊术，评价整形效果。结果：实验组整形总有效率高于参照组，P<0.05;实验组结膜炎、下睑外翻、血肿、瘢痕显漏等术后并发症发生率均低于参照组，P<0.05。结论：应用眶肌筋膜提紧术与轮匝肌悬吊术对于眼袋进行整形的效果较好，可提高整形效果，降低血肿、睑外翻等并发症的发生率，风险性低，值得采取。

【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the plastic effect of orbital muscle fascia tightening and orbicularis oris muscle hanging eye bag.Methods：data of 74 patients (30 April 2017 to 30 October 2017)receiving eye bag surgery in our hospital were collected and analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups，namely the experimental group and the reference group， with 37 cases each.In the control group，orbicularis muscle suspension was performed，and in the experimental group， orbital muscle fascia tensioning and orbicularis muscle suspension were performed to evaluate the plastic effect.Results：the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications such as conjunctivitis，lower eyelid ectropion， hematoma and scar leakage in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：orbital fascia tensioning and orbicularis oris suspension have a good effect on eye bag shaping， which can improve the shaping effect and reduce the incidence of hematoma，eyelid ectropion and other complications.

在面部組织中，眼袋是一个明显的衰老部位，尤其是下眼睑，严重影响面部美观。此外，眼袋对于眼部健康同样存在影响，可引起角膜炎、结膜炎、眼睑外翻、白内障等相关疾病。为保证眼部美观与健康，可通过眼袋整形修复。随着医疗技术的进展，眼袋整形术式较多，不同方法的效果存在差异性。对此，本文收集我院2017年4月30日-2017年10月30日收治的74例眼袋整形术患者资料展开分析，进一步明确眶肌筋膜提紧术+轮匝肌悬吊术的效果，以下为具体内容：
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料
收集我院妇科收治的74例(2017年4月30日-2017年10月30日)眼袋整形术患者资料进行分析，取随机数字法划分为两组，分别是实验组与参照组，各有37例。74例患者均为首次接受眼袋整形女性，均存在下睑皮肤皱纹、颧骨组织松弛情况;排除既往高血压病史、严重脏器官受损、血液系统疾病、凝血障碍等患者。参照组年龄上限值为51岁，下限值为37岁，均值(44.47±3.68)岁;10例脂肪膨出，13例轮匝肌松弛肥胖，14例混合性眼睑。参照组年龄上限值为50岁，下限值为36岁，均值(44.52±3.79)岁;12例脂肪膨出，11例轮匝肌松弛肥胖，14例混合性眼睑。两组资料无差异，P>0.05。, 百拇医药(刘尧)
