[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病患者口腔全口义齿修复的临床治疗效果。 方法 选取2011年8月—2014年12月在医院口腔科进行修复的糖尿病全口义齿患者67例，随访一年，观察患者满意度和不良反应。结果 67例患者经过修复后，患者满意度为100%。所有患者的咀嚼功能均恢复良好，覆盖基牙无松动和龋坏，牙周组织无炎症，无不良反应发生。结论 对糖尿病患者进行全口义齿修复临床效果满意，可以明显提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床上大力推广应用。
