[摘要] 目的 调查分析基层医院糖尿病患者慢性并发症及相关大血管病变。方法 回顾性分析基层医院自2015年2月—2016年2月收治的320例糖尿病患者的临床资料。 结果 基层医院糖尿病患者的慢性并发症有高血压、脑血管并发症、心血管并发症、下肢血管并发症、眼部并发症、肾脏并发症。 结论 基层医院糖尿病患者的并发症发病率较高，其中男女在神经病变、糖尿病眼病以及高血压的患病率之间有差异。
