浅析套餐式饮食在糖尿病饮食护理中的应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究分析糖尿病患者接受套餐式饮食和单纯饮食控制的血糖情况,对套餐式饮食应用于糖尿病护理的效果进行探究。 方法 根据2015年1月—2017年1月该院接收的66例2型糖尿病患者来分析研究,将患者分成试验组和对照组,均有33例。对照组患者接受饮食控制,试验组患者接受个性化饮食套餐。每2个月对身高、体重进行测量,调整方案。在第2个月对患者的空腹喝餐后血糖水平进行检测。36个月时统计患者的血糖控制满意度。 结果 经过治疗,两组的空腹血糖指标均有所下降,治疗前后结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖比对照组低,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。36个月后,试验组的满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。 结论 糖尿病患者的饮食使用套餐式饮食的效果比单纯饮食控制要更加优秀,临床中可以推广使用。

    Analysis of Application of Set-meal Dieting in Diabetes Dieting Nursing

    [Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the blood glucose of patients after set-meal dieting and simple dieting control and study the application effect of set-meal dieting in the nursing of diabetes. Methods 66 cases of type 2 diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 33 cases in each, the control group adopted the dieting control, while the test group adopted the individual dieting, and the height and weight were measured every 2 months, and the fasting blood glucose level of patients was tested in the second month, and blood glucose control satisfactory degree of patients was counted at 36 months. Results After treatment, the fasting blood glucose level of the two groups decreased, and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the test group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious with statistical significant(P<0.05), after 36 months, the satisfactory degree in the test group was higher than that in the control group,the difference were obvious with statistical significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of set-meal dieting is better than that of simple dieting control for diabetes patients, which is worth promotion and application in clinic.

    糖尿病患者的發病时胰岛素功能减退,胰岛素抵抗。体内激素的变化导致了糖、蛋白质、脂肪、水、电解质等物质的代谢异常。糖尿病患者临床中最典型的表现就是高血糖状态持续存在,患者有三多一少症状。血糖控制不佳,则会引起众多的额并发症,眼、心、肾、足等部位均会发生病变,而且无法治愈。现代生活水平提升后,高血糖,高血脂,高血压等疾病的发生率越来越高。糖尿病作为高血糖代谢疾病,患者的发病受到了遗传和环境因素的共同影响,主要症状就是多饮、多食、消瘦、乏力,糖尿病的临床诊断较为简单,现在临床中尚无法根治,通常有食疗和运动治疗,药物治疗。该次该院就套餐式饮食应用于糖尿病患者的护理效果进行了分析,对该院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的66例患者开展了研究,对比套餐式饮食和单纯饮食控制两者的差异性,现报道如下。, 百拇医药(王海静 庞文君 刘冰 郭颖)
