[摘要] 目的 探讨预见性护理在糖尿病合并上消化道出血中的效果。方法 选取该院2015年12月—2017年12月收治的糖尿病合并上消化道出血患者74例，随机分为2组各37例，观察组给予预见性护理，对照组给予常规护理。结果 观察组空腹血糖(5.9±0.7)mmol/L明显低于对照组，出血停止时间(23.5±2.1)h和住院时间(10.4±2.1)d明显缩短于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组上消化道出血复发率8.1%，护理满意度97.3%，显著优于对照组29.7%、78.4%(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病合并上消化道出血患者进行预见性护理，能有效降低血糖，缩短消化道出血时间，减少复发。
