[摘要] 目的 对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者实施护理干预后的生活质量影响进行分析探讨。方法 将该院2017年5—12月期间收治的精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者180例作為该次实验的研究对象，按照随机的方式分为观察组和对照组各90例，观察组实施综合护理干预，对照组实施常规护理干预，对两组患者的临床护理效果进行对比。结果 经过综合护理干预的观察组患者临床护理效果显著，生活质量显著提高，两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的不良心理和自我管理能力的改善提高具有极为显著的作用，患者的生活质量和满意度明显提高，值得在临床应用上推广。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the influence of quality of life after nursing intervention in schizophrenic patients with diabetes. Methods 180 patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes treated in the hospital from May to December 2017 were selected as the subject of this experiment.
