[摘要] 目的 探讨经皮加压空心螺钉内固定治疗糖尿病合并踝关节骨折的效果。方法 选取该科2016年4月—2018年4月收治的糖尿病合并踝关节骨折患者62例，随机分为两组各31例，观察组采用经皮加压空心螺钉内固定，对照组采用切开复位内固定，比较效果。结果 观察组骨折愈合率为93.5%、愈合时间(2.4±0.6)个月，显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组Kofoed评分显著高于对照组，FPG显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病合并踝关节骨折采用经皮加压空心螺钉内固定治疗，有利于控制血糖，促进骨折愈合和关节功能恢复。
