[摘要] 目的 分析磁共振血管造影对糖尿病足及下肢动脉病变的诊断价值。方法 该院在2015年6月—2018年6月收治100例糖尿病足及下肢动脉病变患者，通过随机数字表法进行分组，分别划分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。其中对照组开展多排螺旋CT诊断，观察组开展磁共振血管造影诊断，对比两组血管狭窄情况和病变情况。结果 经过临床统计分析，观察组的诊断效果高于对照组，两组之间在比对分析中，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用磁共振血管造影对糖尿病足及下肢动脉病变患者诊断，能保证判定结果更准确，为临床诊断提供有效参考，也确保其应用作用的发挥。
