硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 观察老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者联合硝苯地平控释片与缬沙坦治疗效果。方法 选择该院于2015年4月—2018年4月间收治的62例老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者，按照随机数字表法将患者划分为观察组与对照组，各31例，观察组：缬沙坦胶囊+硝苯地平控释片，对照组：缬沙坦氨氯地平片；评价两组患者治疗效果、血糖值。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率93.55%，高于对照组70.97%(χ2=17.469，P<0.05)。治疗前两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后观察组患者空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者联合硝苯地平控释片与缬沙坦治疗，可达到有效控制血压效果，降低血糖。

Clinical Observation on Nifedipine Controlled Released Tablets Combined with Valsartan in Treatment of Senile Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy Combined with Hypertension

[Abstract] Objective To observe the nifedipine controlled released tablets combined with valsartan in treatment of senile type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with hypertension. Methods 62 cases of senile patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each， the observation group were treated with valsartan capsules and nifedipine controlled release tablets， while the control group were treated with valsartan and amlodipine tablets， and the treatment effect and blood glucose value of the two groups were evaluated. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(93.55% vs 70.97%)(χ2=17.469， P<0.05)， and the differences in the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)， after treatment， the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The nifedipine controlled released tablets combined with valsartan in treatment of senile type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with hypertension can effectively control the blood pressure effect and reduce the blood glucose.

糖尿病腎病(diabetic nephropathy，DN)是终末期肾病常见诱发因素，严重影响患者生命健康。糖尿病亦作为高血压的易患因素，而高血压状态是导致DN病情加重的主要因素，因此针对DN合并高血压患者需积极治疗，有效控制血压、延缓肾功能损伤[1]。研究选择该院于2015年4月—2018年4月间收治的62例老年2型DN合并高血压患者，分析硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦疗效，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择该院收治的62例老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者，按照随机数字表法将患者划分为观察组与对照组，各31例，观察组：男性20例、女性11例，年龄范围在60～80岁，平均为(70.2±2.6)岁，糖尿病病程时间在1～5年，平均为(3.2±1.0)年；DN病程1～3年，平均为(2.0±0.4)年；高血压病程在2～6年，平均为(4.3±0.5)年。对照组：男性22例、女性9例，年龄范围在61～79岁，平均为(71.0±2.5)岁，糖尿病病程时间在1～5年，平均为(3.5±0.9)年；DN病程1～3年，平均为(2.2±0.2)年；高血压病程在2～6年，平均为(4.6±0.3)年。两组患者一般资料结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。, http://www.100md.com(张铭)
