[摘要] 目的 乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病患者化疗期间的护理体会。方法 选择该院于2016年2月—2018年8月间收治的42例乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病化疗患者，按照随机数字表法将患者划分为观察组与对照组，各21例，观察组采用综合护理干预，对照组采用常规护理，评价两组患者血糖控制情况与生活质量评分。 结果 干预后观察组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白结果均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病化疗患者采用综合护理干预可维持血糖稳定，提高患者生活质量。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the nursing experience of patients with breast cancer complicated with type 2 diabetes during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 42 patients with breast cancer and type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from Feburary 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled.
