[摘要] 目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病高危孕妇早期筛查对其妊娠结局的影响。方法 将2017年5月—2018年4月100例妊娠糖尿病高危孕妇随机分为对照组和研究组，仅研究组接受妊娠期糖尿病早期筛查和干预，比较两组不良妊娠结局发生率和新生儿健康状况。结果 研究组孕妇不良妊娠结局发生率为4.0%，低于对照组的18.0%(P<0.05)，新生儿Apgar评分为(8.1±1.0)分，高于对照组的(7.4±1.1)分(P<0.05)。 结论 对妊娠期糖尿病高危孕妇实施早期筛查，及时采取干预措施，能够有效改善孕妇妊娠结局。
