当归四逆汤联合活血止痛熏洗剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变寒凝血瘀型临床评价(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨当归四逆汤联合活血止痛熏洗剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变寒凝血瘀型临床效果。方法 以随机的方式选取34例在该院进行糖尿病周围神经病变寒凝血瘀型治疗的患者作为该次调查对比的对象，病例选取时间为2016年3月—2018年9月。根据随机的方式将参与该次调查的患者分为对照组和实验组，每组17例患者。对照组给予患者常规治疗，实验组给予患者当归四逆汤联合活血止痛熏洗剂治疗。观察对照组和实验组临床治疗效果。结果 实验组空腹血糖水平低于对照组，餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组，中医证候积分低于对照组，经对比结果证实两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在糖尿病周围神经病变寒凝血瘀型患者治疗中，可采取当归四逆汤联合活血止痛熏洗剂治疗方式，临床实施效果显著，此方式值得临床应用和推广。

Clinical Evaluation of Danggui Sini Decoction Combined with Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation Lotion in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danggui Sini Decoction combined with Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation lotion in the treatment of cold coagulation type of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Thirty-four patients who underwent treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy with cold coagulation in this hospital were randomly selected as subjects for this study. The case selection time was from March 2016 to September 2018. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 17 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment， and the experimental group was given the treatment of Danggui Sini Decoction combined with Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation lotion. The clinical therapeutic effects of the control group and the experimental group were observed. Results The fasting blood glucose level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The blood glucose level at 2 h after the meal was lower than that of the control group. The score of TCM syndrome was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with cold coagulation， the treatment of Danggui Sini Decoction combined with Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation lotion can be adopted， the clinical therapeutic effect of which is remarkable. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
