[摘要] 目的 探讨复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗糖尿病合并银屑病的效果。方法 选取该科2017年12月—2018年12月收治的糖尿病合并银屑病患者22例，随机分为两组，各11例，观察组给予复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗，对照组采用复方甘草酸苷治疗。结果 观察组总有效率為90.9%，显著优于对照组72.7%(P<0.05);两组FPG、2 hPG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组PASI评分(4.96±2.38)分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗糖尿病合并银屑病，能够更好地改善患者症状，提高治疗效果。
