[摘要] 目的 探讨2型糖尿病伴甲状腺超声异常的临床特点。方法 该研究于2016年6月—2018年9月选取该院收治的168例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，根据168例2型糖尿病患者甲状腺超声结果，将其分为正常组(72例)和异常组(96例)，观察两组患者相关指标。 结果 两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、胆固醇水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);异常组患者甲状腺功能总异常率及甲亢、亚甲减发生几率显著高于正常组患者(P<0.05);异常组中腺瘤、弥漫性肿大、混合型异常、囊腺瘤患者比例分别为43.75%、26.04%、21.88%、8.33%，其中腺瘤所占比例最大。结论 2型糖尿病伴甲状腺超声异常患者具有较高甲状腺功能异常及腺瘤发生几率。
