[摘要] 目的 探讨依帕司他联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的效果。方法 选取2018年5月—2019年5月的70例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者作为研究对象。将单一应用依帕司他的35例患者当作对照组，将联合应用依帕司他、硫辛酸的35例患者当作研究组。比较2组的治疗效果及周围神经传导速度。结果 比较2组的临床疗效，研究组高于对照组;比较周围神经传导速度改善情况，研究组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 依帕司他联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变，疗效确切，值得推广。
