[摘要] 目的 以接受下肢深静脉造影的糖尿病患者为研究对象，分析患者应用护理干预的效果。方法 将随机抽取2018年2月—2019年5月该院收治的114例糖尿病患者分为观察组(n=57)及参照组(n=57)，所有患者均接受下肢深静脉造影检查以及注意事项讲解等常规护理，同时为观察组患者提供针对性护理干预。结果 观察组胸闷、恶心呕吐等不良反应总发生率3.51%，参照组胸闷、恶心呕吐等不良反应总发生率10.53%，两组胸闷等不良反应总发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为98.25%，参照组护理总满意度为85.96%，比较两组患者护理总满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 接受下肢深静脉造影的糖尿病患者应用针对性护理干预可减少不良反应、保证检查成功率。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetes who received deep venography of lower extremities.
