[摘要] 目的 探讨磷酸西格列汀与二甲双胍共同治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法 2018年3月—2019年5月间选取该院患者74例，按随机对照原则分为参照组和研究组，各37例，对比治疗前后两组FBG(空腹血糖)、PBG(餐后2 h血糖)、HbA1c(糖化血红蛋白)、TG(三酰甘油)、TC(总胆固醇)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子)、CRP(C反应蛋白)、IL-6(白细胞介素-6)等指标水平。结果 两组治疗前各指标水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组FBG、PBG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C、TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均低于参照组，对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病效果明显。
