[摘要] 目的 讨论在老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者的护理过程中运用预见性护理模式进行干预对下肢静脉血栓形成的预防效果。方法 筛选出2018年3月—2019年4月于该院实施诊治处理的老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者98例，应用数字随机表对患者进行分组，即参照组与观察组，两组分别运用基础性的护理干预模式及预见性护理干预模式。结果 进行干预后，相较于参照组，观察组的D-二聚体水平均值、葡萄糖数值均呈现明显的下降趋势(P<0.05);观察组的下肢静脉血栓发生率明显下降32.66%(P<0.05)。结论 在老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者的护理过程中运用预见性护理模式进行干预，护理结局甚佳，能够有效预防下肢静脉血栓形成。
