[摘要] 目的 对比研究ICU颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者采取优质护理干预的效果。方法 选入该次研究的50例患者均是该院2018年11月—2019年11月收治的ICU颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者，采用信封抽签法平均分组，观察组与对照组分别采取优质护理和常规护理，比较两组患者护理效果。结果 干预后，观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较对照组，观察组干预后生活自理能力及智力状态评分更高，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者采取优质护理干预，能够控制患者血糖水平，提升患者生活自理能力，保证护理效果，加快预后恢复效果，有临床实践价值。
