【摘要】 目的:探讨双水平正压通气BIPAP对重叠综合征的治疗效果。方法:对60例住院重叠综合征患者BIPAP治疗前和治疗后行全夜多导睡眠图(PSG)监测,并对治疗前后的监测结果进行分析。结果:治疗后呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHl)由41.0±16降至10.0±3.0(P<0.01),平均呼吸暂停时间下降了13秒,而最长呼吸暂停时间下降了56秒。最低血氧饱和度(LSaO₂%)由58.2±6.0升至90.5±6.7,睡眠效率改善。结论:BIPAP治疗重叠综合征效果确切。
