【摘 要】 目的:探讨骨科术后硬膜外自控镇痛(PCEA)的护理。方法:通过对我院200例骨科术后采用持续PCEA的患者进行临床观察和护理,结果发现采用PCEA止痛效果好,避免了术后疼痛的发生,提高了病人休息的质量,减少了病人的痛苦。结论:骨科术后采用持续PCEA是一种有效适用的止痛方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate postoperative orthopedic patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) of care. Methods: 200 cases in our hospital postoperative orthopedic patients using PCEA continued clinical observation and care, found that the use of PCEA analgesic effect, and avoid the occurrence of postoperative pain and improve the quality of the patient to rest and reduce the patient's pains. Conclusion: A continuous orthopedic postoperative PCEA is an effective method of application of the pain.
