磷-32治疗皮肤病致皮肤损伤防治探讨

【摘 要】目的 了解磷-32临床治疗皮肤病所引起的放射性损伤以及有效的治疗措施。方法 通过对68例磷-32治疗造成的放射性皮肤损伤的分析，探讨预防和治疗措施 结果 放射性核素磷-32可导致皮肤放射性损伤，临床治疗显效30.88%，治愈55.88%，转为慢性皮炎的仅占13.24%。结论 在考虑使用放射性核素磷-32治疗使，应结合个体情况、环境状况制定治疗方案，避免造成放射性损伤。发生放射性皮肤损伤后应积极治疗。

Discussion of the Prevention and Cure for Skin Damage Caused by 32P Treating Dermatose

【Abstract】Objective To study radiation-induced skin injury caused by clinical treatment of skin disease with 32P and its effectual treatment. Methods treating 68 cases of radiation injury caused by clinical treatment of skin disease with 32P and researching measures to prevention and treatment of this radiation injury. Results the significant effect rate of treatment of radiation injury was 30.88%. the cure rate was 55.88%. rate of transformed into chyonic dermatitis was 13.24%.Conclusions we should make plain of treatment according to condition of individual and circumstances to avoid radiation-induced skin injury while treating skin disease with 32P. If radiation injury has been caused we should treat it actively. ......
