【摘 要】 循证护理作为一种科学的工作方法和新的护理观念，已经在世界上许多国家得到应用，近年来也受到我国护理学界的关注。本文主要介绍了循证护理的理论与实践结合的哲学精髓，循证护理实施的必要性、意义、要求及在实施循证护理时遇到的障碍、解决的方法等。
