[摘 要] 目的 探讨骨片钉内固定治疗手部片状骨折和关节内骨折的技术和疗效。方法 对30例38处手部片状骨折和关节内骨折采用骨片钉进行内固定。结果 术后随访3 ～6个月，骨折完全愈合，伤手掌指关节和指间关节屈伸功能恢复正常。结论 应用骨片钉治疗手部片状骨折和关节内骨折使用方便，疗效可靠，是一种理想的治疗手段。

    [Abstract] Object To investigate the treatment out come of internal fixationof fragment fracture and intra～articular of hand using fragment pin. Methods Open reduction and internal fixation with fragment pin were done in30 case(38 lesions) of fragment fracture and intra～articular fracture of hand Result Postoperative follow～up ranged from 3 to 6 months and bony union Was obtained in all cases. The function of flexion and extension of metacarpophalangeal and inter～phalangeal joints were achieved satisfactorily. Conclusion Fixation of fragment fracture and intra～articular fracture of hand by fragment pin is simple in manipulation and achieves rigid fixation. It is an optimal strategy for fragment fradture and intra～articular fracture of hand. ......
