[摘 要] 目的 对比不同方法治疗牙间食物嵌塞的效果。方法 应用固定修复、可摘式防嵌塞器，调合等3种方法治疗牙间食物嵌塞共96例，并随访。结果 3种方法有效率分别为86.11%，97.38%，和68.18%，总有效率为86.46%。固定修复和可摘式防嵌塞器效果优于调合(x²=8.14,P<0.01)。结论 固定修复，可摘防嵌塞器、调合三种治疗牙间食物嵌塞的方法中，固定修复和可摘式防嵌塞器效果最佳。

    [Abstract] Object ive :To Compare the therapeutic effect of three different prosthetic methodson embrasure food impaction. Methods : Using fixed denture , removable impactionproofer andselective grinding to treat embrasure food impaction. Altogether 96 patients are treated by three different methods and are reexamined after a period of time to see the effect . Results :The effective rate are 86. 11 % , 97.38 % and 68.18 % for fixed denture , removable impactionproofer and selective grinding , respectively. The total effective rate is 86.46 %. fixed denture and removable impactionproofer shows better effect than selective grinding (χ2 = 8.14 , P<0. 01) . Conclusion :All of the three methods have satisfied clinical effect . Among them fixed denture and removable impactionproofer has the best effect . ......
