[摘要] 采用外痔皮瓣覆盖肛裂创面或皮瓣带蒂移植，结合内括约肌侧切治疗肛裂126例，全部治愈。该术式具有疗效好，疼痛轻，愈合时间短，且能显著改善内括约肌痉挛，而不影响肛门功能，无后遗症和其它并发症。

    [Abstract] Application of external hemorrhoid skin piece or pedunculated skin flap graft combined with internal sphincter sidecut to cure anal fissure, all of 126 patients were healed. This treatment method has several advantages such as high curative effect, less pain, shorter healing time, no affection to anus function because of marked melioration of internal sphincter hyperkinesiam, no sequela and other complications.
