[摘要] 目的探讨CT导引肺穿刺活检方法及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析40例肺穿刺的结果及并发症。结果CT导引肺穿刺的确诊率达95%，并发症发生率为15%，通过改善穿刺手法和加强护理可有效地提高穿刺准确率，降低并发症发生率。结论CT导引肺穿刺活检方法是一种简便、准确、快速、有效、安全的诊断方法，具有重要的临床意义。

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo discuss CT guided percutaneous biopsy of the pulmonary and its clinical meaning. MethodsReviewed the results and complications for 40 cases.
