[摘要] 目的回顾近3年来在我院住院分娩剖宫产率比例及主要手术指征构成比。方法对2004年1月～2006年12月3年期间在我院321例剖宫产病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 剖宫产率无明显上升，指征顺位有所改变。结论医疗纠分和社会因素的干预，医生很难掌握好剖宫产指征，应加强孕期宣教，使孕产妇正确认识分娩是一个生理过程，增强分娩信心，同时医生也要加强责任感，掌握好剖宫产指征。
