    【摘要】肾小球滤过率(GFR)是判断肾小球滤过功能的重要指标，但目前临床常用的测定GFR的方法存在一定局限性。近期研究表明血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C)是一种特异性高、准确性好且敏感的反应GFR的新指标，在各种常见的肾脏病中有着重要应用。
