    【摘要】目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定心舒宝中丹酚酸B的含量。方法：选用Hypersil-ODS(5um，250mm×4mm)，甲醇-乙腈-1%甲酸(27∶10∶63)为流动相，柱温30℃，检测波长286nm。结果：线性范围为0.1725～8.6250ug(r=0.9995)。平均回收率99.12%，RSD=1.26%。结论：本方法简便易行，分离效果好，可用于本品质量控制。
