    【摘要】目的:掌握惠州地区无偿献血人群中Rh血型的分布情况，建立Rh阴性血型队伍。 方法:对2004.06~2007.06共99458名无偿献血者的血清进行Rh(D)测定，Rh(D)阴性者进一步测定其分型。结果：99458名无偿献血者中有326名测定结果为阴性(阴性率为0.33%)。阴性者各分型由多到少排列为ccdee>Ccdee>Ccdee>ccdEe>CcdEe。结论：我市Rh(D)的分布情况与资料报道的汉族人分布机率相近。Rh(D)阴性血型队伍的建设填补了惠州地区一项稀有血型的空白，促进了我市输血事业的不断发展，具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
