ST段抬高急性心肌梗死重组链激酶溶栓治疗20例临床观察

    【摘要】目的：探讨ST段抬高急性心肌梗死重组链激酶溶栓治疗效果。方法：选1999年1月~2007年8月符合ST段抬高急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗病例20例，溶栓前给阿司匹林0.3嚼服，重组链激酶150万U+5 %葡萄糖100ml，60分钟滴完，并与尿激酶组作对照观察溶栓效果。结果：重组链激酶再通率 80%，尿激酶再通率40%；轻度出血发生率分别为15%和10%。结论：应用重组链激酶溶栓治疗ST段抬高急性心肌梗死安全有效，再通率高于尿激酶。
