胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤破裂的临床和CT表现(1)

【摘要】目的：分析胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤破裂的临床和CT表现，提高诊断水平。材料和方法：回顾性分析4例胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤破裂的临床征象和CT表现。结果：4例均有高血压史，均以突发上腹痛为主要体征，其中1例发生两次晕厥，CT检查前均未正确诊断。CT发现：4例均有胸主动脉扩张、胸腔积血、胸主动脉周围血肿，2例有气管周围血肿和心包显著积血，2例主动脉弓以上左侧血管淹没，1例主动脉弓以上血管全部淹没，1例主动脉内见钙化斑。结论：对疑诊胸主动脉破裂的患者，尽快做CT检查，可明确诊断。
