    【摘要】心衰是一种复杂的临床综合征,现在认为心衰主要改变是心室结构的改变，心室重塑是心衰的基本特征，也是心衰发病的重要决定因素,心衰的治疗已从短期的药物措施转变为长期的修复性治疗，目的就在于改变衰竭心脏的生物学性质。由治疗心衰的禁忌证转为常规治疗，是治疗观念转变的表现，是“生物学治疗心衰”的一个方面，值得在临床上推广应用。

    【Abstract】The heart fades is one kind of complex clinical synthesis drafts,now thought the heart fades the main change is the ventricle structure change,the ventricle remoulds is the basic characteristic which the heart fades,also was the important determining factor which the heart faded arises,the treatment which the heart faded transformed from the short-term medicine measure into the long-term rehab treatment,the goal lies in the change failure heart the biology nature.By treats the taboo card which the heart fades to transfer the conventional treatment,treats the performance which the idea transforms,is “the biology treatment heart fades” an aspect,is clinically worth in on clinically promoting the application. ......
