    【摘要】目的：讨论临床药学工作分层次地在不同级别医疗机构推行。方法：将临床药学的工作内容，按推行的难易程度分成三个层次：基础药学服务、药师走进临床、药物使用研究。结合目前我国临床药学工作实际，阐明各级医疗机构推行临床药学工作范围、形式和内容。结果：明确不同级别的医疗机构开展不同层次的临床药学工作，目标明确，内容具体，利于临床药学在各级医疗机构的推行。结论：临床药学的三个层次并不是独立存在的，而是互为依存、循序渐进的，在目前情况下分层次推进更为实际。

    【Abstract】Objective:Discusses the clinical pharmacy work to carry out in administrative levels in the different rank medical establishment.Method: The clinical pharmacy work content,according to the difficulty degree which carries out divides into three levels: The foundation pharmacy service,the pharmacist enter clinically,the medicine use research.The union at present our country clinical pharmacy work reality,expounded all levels of medical establishment carries out the clinical pharmacy operating region,the form and the content.Result: Is clear about the different rank the medical establishment to develop the different level the clinical pharmacy work,the goal is clear about,the content is concrete,favor the clinical pharmacy in all levels of medical establishment’s carrying out.Conclusion: The clinical pharmacy three levels certainly are not the independent existences,but is mutually for depends on for existence,proceeds in an orderly way,advances in administrative levels in the present situation actual. ......
