    【摘要】冠心病是当前危害人类健康的最主要疾病之一，冠心病的治疗从单纯的药物治疗到外科手术，其治疗方法和手段已取得了较大的进展。但PTCA后出现的再狭窄(RS)及并发症严重影响了病人的生活质量和远期疗效,并且术后用药价格昂贵，阻碍了该技术的广泛应用。中医药对PTCA 术后再狭窄的防治作用呈现出明显优势。我们在临床中应用益气活血复方治疗PTCA 术后病人，观察其症状和再狭窄情况，疗效显著。
