    【摘要】胆囊切除术在基层医院是常见手术之一，我院近10年共做胆囊切除术约300例，未出现严重后果。在2007年6月份，1例单纯胆囊切除术后出现严重黄疸，术后第1天引流胆汁100mL，第2天150mL左右，病人黄疸逐渐减轻，术后5天病理报告为：“胆总管癌”。术后9天拆线，伤口愈合良好，病人黄疸基本消退；病人进食正常，无疼痛感，胆汁量正常范围(400~600mL)，病人带“T”型管回家疗养。待病情稳定后再行胆肠吻合术。

    【Abstract】The gallbladder excision method in the basic unit hospital is one of common surgeries,my courtyard nearly 10 years altogether make the gallbladder excision method approximately 300 examples,have not appeared the serious consequence.In june,2007,after 1 example pure gallbladder excision method appears seriously icterus,after the technique 1st day drainage bile 100mL,about 2nd day 150mL,the patient icterus gradually reduces,the technique latter 5 days pathology report is: “Gallbladder main pipe cancer”.The technique latter 9 days opens the line,the wound heals good,patient icterus basic retrogression; The patient eats food normally,does not have the aching feeling,the bile quantity normal range(400~600mL),the patient brings “T” the tube to go home convalesces.After waits the condition stable gallbladder intestines to tally again the technique. ......
