GX-Ⅲ型多功能电离子手术治疗机与中西医结合治疗复发性尖锐湿疣120例临床观察(1)

【摘要】目的：通过GX-Ⅲ型多功能电离子手术治疗机与中西医结合这一综合治疗方案，观察其对复发性尖锐湿疣患者的治疗效果并进行分析。方法:选择复发性尖锐湿疣患者120例随机分成治疗组80例、对照组40例，采用GX-Ⅲ型多功能电离子手术治疗机与中西医结合和西药与局部治疗相结合这两种治疗方法分别进行治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组相比较，尖锐湿疣的复发率明显降低。结论：GX-Ⅲ型多功能电离子手术治疗机与中西医结合这一综合治疗方案对复发性尖锐湿疣患者的治疗具有明显的疗效，而且简单方便，经济实用，值得临床上推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective:Through GX-Ⅲ multi-purpose electricity ion surgery therapeutic machine with the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine this complex therapy plan,observes it to recur the natural incisive condyloma patient’s treatment result and carries on the analysis.Method: The choice recurs the natural incisive condyloma patient 120 examples stochastically to divide into the treatment group 80 examples,the comparison group 40 examples,uses GX-Ⅲ multi-purpose electricity ion surgery therapeutic machine unifies these two method of treatment with the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine and the western medicine and the partial treatment separately to carry on the treatment.Result: The treatment group and the comparison group compare,incisive condyloma recurring rate obviously reduces.Conclusion: GX-Ⅲ multi-purpose electricity ion surgery therapeutic machine to recurs the natural incisive condyloma patient’s treatment with the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine this complex therapy plan to have the obvious curative effect,moreover simple convenient,the economy is practical,is clinically worth on clinically promoting the use.

尖锐湿疣(CA)是由人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染，而好发于生殖器及其周围的一种性病。它主要表现为患部菜花状异常增生，男性患者好发于包皮系带、冠状沟、龟头、尿道口、肛门等部位。女性患者好发于阴道口、小阴唇、阴蒂、大阴唇、会阴、子宫颈口、肛门及尿道等部位。近年来，大量资料显示人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与某些恶性肿瘤的发生具有一定的关系，如生殖器癌和肛门癌等，而高达百分之五十的复发率却又令我们非常棘手。
近年来，我们经过反复探索与实践，用GX-Ⅲ型多功能电离子手术治疗机与中西医结合治疗120例复发性尖锐湿疣，发现该方案疗效确切，简单方便、经济实用，遂报告如下：

1 临床资料
120例患者均为临床经治疗后至少复发1次以上的门诊收治病人，其中男性60例，女性60例，年龄18~55岁不等，平均年龄26.5岁。经检查都排除肝炎、肺结核、心脏病及恶性肿瘤等合并症，也无梅毒、淋病、生殖器疱疹、软下疳等其它性病，我们按随机分组原则，将120例患者随机分成两组。即治疗组80例，对照组40例，依次编号为1~120号，每2例治疗组后设1例对照组，即1、2号为治疗组，3号为对照组，4、5号为治疗组，6号为对照组……以此类推。两组资料经统计学处理差异无显著性(P>0.05)，具有可比性。
2 冶疗方法
2.1 治疗组
2.1.1 GX-Ⅲ型多功能电离子手术治疗机(广西科学院应用物理研究所与广西南宁科伦新技术公司出品)局部烧灼治疗使疣体全部消失。

2.1.2 西药治疗：胸腺肽20mg、肌注、1日1次，连用5天，停5天：阿昔洛韦0.2、口服、1日5次；甲氰咪呱0.2、口服、1日4次；左旋咪唑50mg、口服、1日3次，连用3天，停1周。
2.1.3 中药治疗：自拟复方消疣汤：黄芪25g，党参25g，白术10g，板兰根30g，大青叶30g，金钱草15g，泽泻10g，三棱10g，青皮10g，赤芍10g，丹参15g，生甘草3g，1日1剂，水煎服，每日2次。
2.2 对照组:聚肌胞4mg、肌注、2天1次；阿昔洛韦0.2、口服、1天5次：溶菌霉6片，口服、1日3次；甲氰咪呱0.2、口服、1天4次；5-FU注射液10ml外搽患部，1日2次，较大者以手术切除治疗。
治疗以10天为1疗程，一般连用2~3个疗程。
3 疗效判断标准与结果
3.1 疗效判断标准
