    【摘要】对社区家庭输液的风险预防提出以下措施：强化自我保护意识；严格履行工作职责；认真执行各项规章制度；结合主要药物指导，针对性的进行健康教育；加强家庭输液注意事项的宣教；签协议等。结果：社区在家庭输液中未发生护理差错事故，获得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

    【Abstract】Proposes the measure to the community family infusion risk prevention: The strengthening protects oneself to realize; Strictly fulfills the work responsibility; Earnestly carries out each rules and regulations; Unifies the main medicine instruction,pointed carries on the health education; Strengthens the family infusion matters needing attention the propaganda; Signs the agreement and so on.Result: The community has not occurred in the family infusion nurses the mistake accident,has obtained the good social efficiency and the economic efficiency.
